General

1.1 This agreement governs the benefit provisions and services of Jamaica AutoClub (“JAC®”) and the services provided on Jamaica AutoClub’s website (the “Website”).

1.2 JAC® reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the Website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by
JAC® as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately discontinue

Membership

Conditions of Service

2.1 JAC® Membership Benefits provided to active (i.e. non-expired) members only.

2.2 JAC® offers Roadside Response Service to vehicles with laden weight not exceeding 2000kg.

2.3 Roadside Response Service limited to accident\ breakdowns that occur on the main arterial roads of Jamaica. Members benefit from JAC® discounts on towing services. First-time use of JAC® towing service is free of charge with a limit of $5000 maximum, within the membership year.

2.4 Discounts require membership card to be presented.
2.5 Services may not be rendered in event of natural disaster such as flood rains, upheavals such as riots and road blockages or high-risk violent prone areas.

3.1 JAC® bears no liability for services rendered by third party service providers.

3.2 JAC® delivers reminder messages via various mobile network carriers and cannot therefore guarantee delivery of a reminder message. (See 1.1.2)

3.3 JAC® makes every effort to deliver the message promptly, but cannot accept any liability for transmission delays or message failures.
